Many people have been using "Social Bookmarking" services, eg delicious, magnolia, jot. In the old days, you would bookmark sites in your browser. But what about when you go to a different computer? (Yes you could use portable firefox browser, or the plugin that synchronizes bookmarks between different copies of firefox..)
.. or when you want to share bookmarks? This is not so easy, which is where the social bookmarking comes in.
